Common Industry Format (CIF) reloaded (Vortrag in englischer Sprache)

Abstract:

Every profession maintains standards for their work. In 2005 the International Standards Organization published ISO/IEC 25062 “Common Industry Format (CIF) for Usability Test Reports”. Meanwhile further work has been conducted to standardize the content of the outputs of the Usability Engineering Lifecycle. A “general Framework for Usability-related Information” (ISO/IEC TR 25060) is now available that introduces the outputs of the usability engineering process. The presentation gives an overview of the new standard focusing on its value for Usability Professionals.

Speakers: Thomas Geis (ProContext Consulting GmbH), Mary Theofanos (NIST), James Williams (Synergetic Applications)
