1) Scope

1.1 These terms of use for online courses of ProContext Consulting GmbH (hereinafter "Seller"), apply to all online courses offered by the Seller and supplement the General Terms and Conditions for the ProContext Online Store. Herewith the inclusion of the customer's own terms and conditions is contradicted, unless otherwise agreed.

2) Copyrights / Intellectual Property

2.1 The course content is protected by copyright, unless otherwise stated the copyrights (copyright) are held by ProContext Consulting GmbH.

2.2 The course content and all documentation are licensed for personal use only, redistribution of the content in any form is prohibited.

2.3 The only licensed use is for personal knowledge acquisition.

3) Login Data

3.1 The personalized login data sent by e-mail shall be treated confidentially.

3.2 The login data is exclusively for personal use, disclosure of the login data to third parties is prohibited.

4) Data Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 The Privacy Policy for Online Courses of ProContext Consulting GmbH shall apply.

4.2 By using the online courses, the user accepts this privacy policy.

5) Supported Browsers

5.1 Use of the online courses requires a current version of one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

6) Support and Cooperation Obligations in Resolving Problems

6.1 Support requests can be made by email to: online-kurs-support@procontext.eu and will be responded to within 24 hours.

6.2 Unless requests for assistance in resolving a problem are responded to within 14 days, the problem will be considered to have ceased to exist or to have been resolved.

7) Jurisdiction and Ancillary Provisions

7.1 If the customer acts as a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law with its registered office in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the place of business of the seller. If the customer has its registered office outside the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, the seller's registered office shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract.

7.2 Should one or more clauses of these Terms of Use be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
